Every piece is painted by hand. Small variations in colour and shape are part of the craft and make your piece unique.

Create an account and submit a reseller application. Once approved, you'll see wholesale prices and volume tiers, and you can order on account (Net 30) in the reseller portal.

You have a 30-day cooling-off period. Request your return via your account with the order concerned or by email, and send the product back unused and undamaged. After inspection we refund you within 14 days.

We're so sorry! Email a photo to info@lunaazul.nl within 7 days. You'll receive a replacement free of charge or your money back.

Netherlands €4.95 and Belgium €6.95 (free from €100), rest of the EU €12.95. We ship within 2 working days; in the Netherlands and Belgium your parcel is then usually delivered the next working day.

Yes, choose pickup at our showroom in The Hague at checkout (by appointment, free of charge). We'll let you know as soon as your order is ready.
