Terms & conditions
This is an English translation of our terms and conditions, provided for your convenience. In case of any conflict or difference in interpretation, the Dutch version prevails.
These terms and conditions apply to every order placed with Luna Azul Atelier, based in The Hague, the Netherlands. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Offer and prices
For consumers, all prices include 21% VAT; for approved resellers, prices exclude VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on us.
2. Agreement
The agreement is concluded once your order has been confirmed. For consumer orders, the order is final after payment; for reseller orders, after our confirmation on account.
3. Payment
Consumer payments are processed securely via Mollie (iDEAL, card, Apple/Google Pay, etc.). Approved resellers pay on account within the agreed term (by default 30 days after the invoice date).
4. Delivery
Delivery and shipping costs are described on our shipping and returns page. Stated delivery times are indicative and are never a strict deadline.
5. Right of withdrawal
You have a 30-day cooling-off period from receipt. The procedure and conditions are set out on the shipping and returns page.
6. Handmade products
Our ceramics are painted by hand. Small variations in colour, shape and glaze are inherent to the craft, make every piece unique and are not considered a defect.
7. Conformity and warranty
You are entitled to a product that conforms to the agreement (statutory conformity). If a product is defective or the wrong item was delivered, please contact us within a reasonable time; we will resolve it free of charge with a replacement, repair or refund.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products concerned. This does not limit your mandatory consumer rights.
9. Complaints
You can email complaints to info@lunaazul.nl. We respond within 14 days. If we can't resolve it together, you may submit the dispute to the competent Dutch court.
10. Applicable law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of The Hague, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
