Privacy policy

This is an English translation of our privacy policy, provided for your convenience. In case of any conflict or difference in interpretation, the Dutch version prevails.

Luna Azul Atelier, based in The Hague (the Netherlands), values your privacy. In this policy you can read which personal data we process, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have. We process data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data controller

What data we process

Account: name, email address and, optionally, phone number.
Orders: billing and delivery address, email address, order history. We don't process payment details ourselves; these are handled by our payment provider Mollie.
Dreamer Club / newsletter: first name and email address.
Reseller application: company name, Chamber of Commerce and VAT number, contact person, email and phone.
Website: functional and (with consent) analytics data.

Purposes and legal basis

To process your order and payment and keep you informed about its status (performance of a contract); to send you the newsletter and discount code you signed up for (consent); to meet legal obligations, such as keeping invoices (legal obligation); and to improve our shop and prevent fraud (legitimate interest). We never sell your data to third parties.

Processors and third parties

We only share data with parties needed to provide our service: Supabase (database and hosting, servers in the EU/Frankfurt), Mollie (payments), Resend (transactional email), and the European VIES service for validating resellers' VAT numbers. We have data processing agreements in place with these parties.

Retention periods

We keep order and invoice data for 7 years (statutory tax retention obligation). We keep your account until you ask us to delete it. We keep newsletter data until you unsubscribe.

Cookies

We use functional cookies that are necessary for the shop to work (such as your shopping bag and session). We only place analytics or marketing cookies after your consent via the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time.

Security

We protect your data with encrypted connections and row-level access control in our database, so that only you (and we, where necessary) can view your own data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, and you may object or withdraw consent you have given. Send your request to info@lunaazul.nl; we respond within 30 days. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
