Withdrawal & model form

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 30 days (longer than the statutory 14 days) without giving any reason. The easiest way is via our withdrawal page · also without an account, using your order number and email address. You may also use the model form below.

What happens next?

Send the products back unused and undamaged (preferably in their original packaging). After receipt and inspection, we refund the purchase price within 14 days via the same payment method. Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the product was defective or the wrong item was delivered.
